Need a hand with Meroveil? Here’s how to reach us and answers to the questions we hear most.
Contact us
Email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Tell us what happened, and include your in-game display name or player ID (both on the PROFILE screen, opened from the lobby) so we can find your account.
If you’re asking us to do something to your account (send you its data, delete it, look into a purchase), we also need proof that it’s yours; see proving it’s your account.

Common questions
I lost access to my account
If you registered an email, sign in with it on the new device to restore your account. Guest accounts are tied to the original device, so if that device is gone the progress may not be recoverable. If you bought anything on that account, email with the store order number and the date and item of a different purchase on it, and we’ll look into it. A display name and player ID alone can’t prove the account is yours, so we can’t hand it over on those. Registering an email on the PROFILE screen protects you going forward.
I’m missing a purchase
First, restart the app so it can re-sync entitlements. If an item you paid for still hasn’t arrived, email with your store receipt (from Apple or Google) and your player ID. Billing and refunds themselves are handled by Apple and Google under their store policies.
I found a bug or want to report something
Please tell us. Email with what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — screenshots or a short clip help a lot, along with your device model and player ID.
I want a copy of my data
Download it yourself on the data export page by signing in with the email and password you registered in the game, or tap EXPORT DATA on the PROFILE screen. Playing as a guest, or can’t sign in? Email with a support code from PROFILE (or two purchases on the account), and we send you the same export; see proving it’s your account.
I want to delete my account
You can do it yourself from the lobby: PROFILE → DELETE ACCOUNT. Or by email, with one of the proofs below. Full steps and what gets removed are on the account-deletion page.
Proving it’s your account
Before we send anyone an account’s data, delete it, or change it, we need proof it’s yours. Each of these is enough on its own:
- A support code (works for every account, guest included, no purchase needed). In the game, open PROFILE from the lobby and tap GET SUPPORT CODE under SUPPORT CODE. Put the code in your email. It works once and expires after 30 minutes, so get it just before you write.
- Your registered email: write to us from the address you linked in the game. We reply to that address, and your answer from it confirms the request.
A purchase counts for half, so you need two:
- A store order number for a purchase on the account (Google Play’s
GPA.…number, or Apple’s order or transaction ID from your receipt), plus the date and item of a different purchase on the same account.
Your display name and player ID help us find the account, but they never count: other players can see them, so they don’t prove anything. One order number on its own isn’t enough either; add a second purchase, a support code, or write from your registered email.
Why we ask this
We try to keep as little about you as we can. Meroveil doesn’t make you hand over an email or a phone number to play: you choose how you sign in, as a guest, with an email, or with your store account, and we respect that choice.
The flip side is that a guest account stays private: it isn’t tied to your name, an email or a phone number, so we can’t recognise you by who you are. The only way to show an account is yours is something only you have: the game on your device (which can give you a support code), the email you chose to link, or your own purchases (an order number and a second purchase, since one receipt can end up in someone else’s hands). Asking for those is how we keep your account safe from anyone who simply knows your name.
